When patients become diseases!!!

When patients are labeled as thyroid patients, fibromyalgia patients, headache patients, vertigo patients, it's just one step from this to  the thyroid specialist, or the fibromyalgia specialist, or the headache specialist, or the vertigo specialist, and on and on. Get the point!  Oh, there's more. Next comes the drug of choice for you the thyroid patient, or you the fibromyalgia patient, or you the headache patient, or you the vertigo patient.  You see once you're labeled as a disease treating your symptoms becomes as easy as 1, 2, 3.  There's only one very big problem with this approach.  It doesn't require the doctor to evaluate you as the whole person you are and identify the true underlying causes of your health problem. When you are cared for as the whole person, whole body of integrated systems you have your best chance at discovering true health that can never be found in a prescription bottle.  Dr.Johnson
